Sharmin Akter Ruma is a prominent Bangladeshi female entrepreneur who now serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Center of Digital Marketing- CDM, which is generally considered as the country’s first sales-oriented digital marketing firm.

She is a prominent Bangladeshi entrepreneur who now serves as the country’s Chief Executive Officer. Aside from that, she is the founder and CEO of Digideck, a Dhaka-based company that specializes in business growth & development.

In 2019, she began working on her CDM business, which she founded with a wealth of experience. She has continued to work on it till the present. She has just recently declared that she would be creating a number of new firms in order to enhance the amount of work opportunities available. She is also associated with a firm that specializes in eCommerce commerce, Digicart as well as a IT learning platform, DMaestro.

As a female entrepreneur, she also serves as an inspiration to other women who want to expand their businesses and achieve greater success. Career & Education

Having graduated with BBA from the Global Institute of Information Technology’s Department of Business Administration, she started her professional career as a teacher in the Department of Business Administration.

As a result of receiving her MBA, she started her professional career as a HR Officer at a well-known RMG organization following graduation. Afterwards, she worked in the information technology business, at a bank, and as an agent for a real estate company, where she was crucial in enhancing client engagement, marketing, and communications.

After that she started her own business, CDM & still she is continuing with this. Also, she has started Digideck  and  another two ventures which are now about to be launched very soon.
